Marjan Miloshevski received both his BA and MA in bassoon performance from the Faculty of Music in Skopje (class of prof. P. Trajkovski). He gave his first solo recital in 1999, and in 2003 performed as a soloist with the FMA Symphony Orchestra, at the concert titled “Mozart Evening”. During the studies, Miloshevski was twice selected to perform as a soloist with the Macedonian Philharmonic Orchestra. He began performing as a chamber musician with the Ensemble of contemporary music “St. Sofia”, with whom he gave concerts at “Days of Macedonian Music” and “Ohrid Summer Festival”. He collaborated with the contemporary orchestra “Sonemus” at numerous concerts and tours in Macedonia and Europe. In 2004, Miloshevski organized the seminar for chamber music (woodwind quartet and bassoon quartet) “Ad Libitum”. In 2005, he performed a very successful Duo concert, along pianist Marija Vrshkova. Miloshevski is an active member of several ensembles: Artus Act, Skopje woodwind quintet, Chamber orchestra of the Macedonian Opera and Ballet. He works at the position of first bassoonist at the Macedonian Opera and Ballet.
